Fuctional Pathways Personal Growth Blog
Welcome to the first message on our Functional Pathways Personal Growth Blog. We will focus on one book each month to stimulate ideas on how to better manage our business and lead our people. Change surrounds us in our industry right now and our people are looking to us for answers and leadership. They need strong leaders to help navigate through all the changes in our industry right now. Companies like Functional Pathways have to continue to reinvent ourselves to compete or to even survive. I believe we have the most talented employees in the industry and if we can put our collective brain power together, we can build a company like no other. This book club/personal growth blog is one forum we will use to share ideas.
I'd like to start with an easy read for our first book. It's Who Moved My Cheese. I am sure many of you have read this book in the past but I think it is very relevant today. I have read it in the past but believe it is a good time to get reacquainted with this simple but powerful read.
Please feel free to blog any ideas and comments you have as you read this book. I am going to start reading tonight and begin blogging. Please keep your blogs professional. There will be no blog "police". I am going to trust everyone to really think about what they are blogging before your blog goes out to the whole world.
